What do we do?
Christ’s Hands is a parish ministry that supports several service organizations, including: Si, Se Puede, that supports underprivileged children in the greater Lawrence area; and Bread and Roses food ministry in Lawrence.
This ministry organizes various monthly collection drives (snack, clothing, winter apparel, bags of apples, etc.) to fill the needs of these programs.

Please do not drop off donations AFTER the publicized times. Our volunteers deliver donations to the beneficiaries at the conclusion of the drive. Additional donations will require an extra trip by another volunteer of staff.

The mission of Si, Se Puede is to enhance educational opportunities and create community for and with low-income urban youth and their families in Lawrence, MA. Si, Se Puede encourages a spirit of co-operation and respect for differences in all of its programs and activities.

Bread & Roses has achieved over four decades of fighting hunger with effective, grassroots programs. Bread & Roses’ mission is to address the core necessities of the Merrimack Valley’s community members with a holistic and welcoming approach focusing on food insecurity and promoting self empowerment.
